Work is quoted on a case by case basis, with aims, objectives, scope and timescales agreed with you in advance before quotations are raised. This approach is designed to provide you with control on the scope and cost of work at all times.

Performance measures and regular progress review points will be put in place to ensure work commences and completes on time and to sufficiently high levels of quality.

From the outset, Chris Heap, the Imperative Groups Managing Director will manage all work associated with your needs. Where outsourcing maybe required for particular tasks, the process of identifying and selecting the most appropriate provider will be completed in conjunction with you whilst being managed directly by the Imperative Group at all times, unless you require otherwise.
